Terms of Service
Effective: 24 July 2026
By signing in to VoiceDesk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
VoiceDesk turns spoken notes into tasks, schedules them on your Google Calendar, and gives your team a shared view of the work. It is provided as-is, currently for invited workspace members only.
Your account
Sign-in is via Google only. You are responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to share any content you add. You may disconnect Google access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your content
Everything you record, type, or upload stays yours. You grant us only the license needed to store it, process it (including transcription of voice notes), and show it to your workspace — nothing more. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Acceptable use
Do not use VoiceDesk to store or share unlawful content, to infringe others’ rights, to probe or disrupt the service, or to attempt access to data of workspaces you are not a member of.
Disclaimers
VoiceDesk is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Transcriptions and AI-structured drafts can contain mistakes — the app always shows you a draft to review, and you are responsible for what you confirm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past 12 months (currently zero).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
